Shredded Beef Tacos

I love to make this roast for a big, relaxed get together; it will feed about ten adults. You make it in the crock pot so it's really easy which allows you to spend your time preparing other things.



3-4 lb chuck roast
1 envelope dry taco seasoning
1 cup chopped onion
1 tblspn white vinegar
1 7-oz can green chilies
flour tortillas
grated cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
sour cream
guacamole

Combine first five ingredients in crock pot. Cover. Cook on low 9 hours. Shred meat with fork. Serve with remaining ingredients.
